Quality of the shredded coconut is okay, fresh enough. I used it for some Indian curry dishes, and it gave a nice flavor. My main issue is the price feels a bit high for the quantity you get. Maybe a larger pack option would be better.

This shredded coconut is perfect for baking! The coarse texture is exactly what I needed for my macaroons, and it wasn't overly dry. It added a great tropical touch. Delivery was also quick, and the packaging was sealed well.

The shredded coconut from Sultan El Attara is really good quality, much better than what I usually find loose. I used it for coconut milk, and it was so creamy. Just wish the bag was a bit bigger for the price, but overall happy.
