The Ground Galangal itself seems high quality, finely ground and fresh. I tried adding it to my coffee like suggested, but the taste was a bit too strong for my liking, honestly. Maybe it's better in Asian dishes, I'll try that next. Not bad, just not what I expected for coffee.

I bought this Ground Galangal mainly for digestion, and it really helps with bloating. Also, I feel it boosts my immunity. The quality is much better than the loose ones you find in the market. Maybe a bit pricey, but worth it for the purity and benefits. Fast delivery too!
