I bought the flax seeds to try for digestion. It helps a bit when I add it to water, but I need to remember to drink a lot of fluids with it. Good quality overall, but the price is a bit high compared to local shops, though I trust the cleanliness here more.

Flax seeds from Sultan El Attar are good. I use them to make hair gel and also add a spoon to my smoothies for the omega 3. My hair feels softer and skin looks better. The packaging is neat, but I wish they offered bigger sizes.
