Return and Exchange Policy
At Sultan Al-Attara, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return or exchange it easily.
You can return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of receipt. Products must be in their original condition with original packaging and labels.
For a return to be valid, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories. Opened or used products cannot be returned for health reasons.
The following products cannot be returned: opened or used products, discounted products or clearance items, loose spices and herbs.
Contact customer service at +20 123 456 7890 or email info@sultan-alattara.com with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange pickup from your address.
After receiving and reviewing the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the same payment method used. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange a product, we will ship the replacement product immediately after receiving the returned item. There are no additional fees for exchanges.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us immediately. We will replace it free of charge and cover all shipping costs. We ask you to take photos of the damaged product.
